🛠️ 직무 개요
고객 맞춤형 엔지니어링 솔루션을 제공하는 ESG 팀에 합류하여, 설계부터 프로토타입 제작, 테스트,
포장까지 전 과정에 참여할 수 있는 실무 경험을 쌓을 수 있습니다. 본 인턴십은 숙련된 엔지니어들과
협업하며 실무 역량을 키울 수 있는 절호의 기회입니다.
🎯 주요 업무
● 고객 요구사항 분석 및 사양 정의에 대한 기본적인 실무 경험
- 고객의 기술 사양을 검토하고 기술적 요구사항 해석을 지원
- 설계팀과 협업하여 초기 사양서를 작성
● 솔루션 설계 및 검증
- CAD/SolidWorks를 활용한 간단한 2D/3D 도면 작성
- 프로토타입 검증 및 최종 조립 과정 참여
● 공급업체 및 품질 관리
- 샘플 수령 후 품질 검사 및 이슈 대응
● 테스트 및 보고서 작성
- 프로젝트 진행 상황 기록 및 주간 보고서 작성

JOB DESCRIPTION – Local Engineering Solution Group Intern
Summary
Support engineers solution group that meet customer' unique needs. Provide support throughout the simple design and prototyping to assembly, testing, and packaging. And also aim to assist with engineering room organization and management, data research, and organizing existing projects and documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
ﾷ A background Practice customer requirements analysis and specification definition
- Review customer specifications and assist with technical requirements interpretation
- Collaborate with the design team to draft initial specifications
ﾷ Solution design and verification
- Simple 2D/3D design drawings using CAD/SolidWorks.
ﾷ Supplier collaboration
- Quality inspection and issue response upon sample receipt
ﾷ System integration and testing
- Participate in prototype verification and final assembly processes
- Assist in writing performance test reports
ﾷ Document management and reporting
- Record project progress and prepare weekly reports
ﾷ A background in mechanical engineering design, an understanding of mechanisms, and basic or equivalent knowledge of engineering materials and mechanical properties. Experience and background in mechatronics are also preferred.
ﾷ Preference will be given to individuals with experience conceptualizing solutions, visualizing design solutions, participating in the development of detailed designs, or possessing creative thinking skills capable of implementing these solutions.
ﾷ Preference will be given to individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to easily adapt within a team or company, the ability to reason and concisely explain technical issues, and the ability to articulate and explain them.

ﾷ Enthusiastic about practical work on tests and verification as well as theoretical knowledge

Working Conditions
ﾷ Normal office environment with little or no exposure to adverse conditions
ﾷ Occasional short-notice and/or short term travel may be required
